Sen. John McCain (Samantha Sais/Reuters)Republican Sen. John McCain, who has repeatedly denounced President Barack Obama's handling of the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, said Tuesday that the White House response to the Boston bombings has been "certainly adequate."
"The response?both state, and federal, and local, as well as our FBI involvement?is certainly adequate," the Arizona lawmaker told reporters in the driveway of the White House after talks with Obama on immigration.
"As far as I can tell, they?re doing everything that needs to be done,? McCain said.
