Create supportive relationships
Every case of depression involves loneliness. It makes our life pointless. To counter this, develop supportive relationships. Make friends, force yourself into society and interact with family.
A healthy lifestyle is the only way
Lifestyle determines our mood and happiness. An unhealthy lifestyle makes things even?worse. Proper diet, exercise and motivation can develop a healthy lifestyle.

Diet is as important as managing stress because what we eat directly affects how we feel about living. A balanced diet and mindful eating can boost our health and fitness.
Get out of negativity
Think with positives; surround yourself with positive friends; and write journals. Try to find the good in any (or every) stressful situation. Never dwell on negative thoughts.
When it's time to throw the towel, do it. Sometimes, clinical depression can lead to other extreme psychological disorders. If you can't help yourself through these lifestyle changes, seek professional help.
It's very important that you treat depression. It's normal for us to shut off every once in a while, but it's not good to let it lead to depression. Take some time off everyday to think about yourself.
